MEDITATIONS
I've always loved guided meditations; it made it a lot easier for me. Especially when I loved the voice, as much as the meditation itself. So, when my beloved teacher Geom!*, Georgios Mylonas posted a written meditation on March 18, 2020, my first thought was to record it, for personal use, since it would be much easier for me to repeat often. When I told him I would do so, he asked for the recording...
This was the beginning of a series of wonderful recorded meditations, that you can find on YouTube. They are created with much Love and Healing Intention. It is a creative, joint process that is both demanding (we often repeat to each other that we could never imagine how much work is hidden behind a simple YouTube video) and so much enjoyable, at the same time.
For me, it is utterly healing, too. It has made me overcome so many self-limitations! It has made me focus on a creative process, so much so, that it has become a natural state for me. It made me start liking my voice. It made me try to record in English, a non-native language for me.
That's how I became the voice, hopefully the voice that you love as much as the meditation itself...
